The Poster session will provide the opportunity for researchers to get valuable feedback on their work from the experts. Posters will be presented in-person during the poster session where author(s) would stand by their poster and communicate/interact with participants of the conference. At least one author is expected to be present at the conference to discuss their research and answer questions during the poster session.
This call for posters is open to all the scientific community researchers, and it is also addressed to all students and professionals promoting and working on life sciences affiliated with research institutes, universities, national agencies,โฆ. etc.

Submission process
- Abstract Submission:
All poster abstracts will be submitted electronically on MEAPP website (link to the submission form) before 5pm [GMT] 8th September 2024.Proposals typically contain the following information:
- Corresponding Author and co-author(s) Information (names, Affiliations, Country, contact details)
- Poster Title (15 words or less)
- Keywords (up to 5)
- Poster abstract (no more than 500 words)
- Consent to make the poster available on MEAPP website
- Abstracts Evaluation
Submitted abstracts will undergo a thorough selection process carried out by the Conference Scientific Committee. Key selection criteria will be the quality of the abstract, clarity, relevance, timeliness, novelty and originality.Special consideration will be given to ensure that a variety of topics and geographical / cultural range will be represented.
- Acceptance Notification:
Notification of acceptance/rejection of submitted abstracts will be sent to the corresponding Author email registered in the submission form (keep an eye on your spam folder) by 12th September 2024
- Poster Preparation
Author of accepted abstracts are expected to design and print their posters, as well as to exhibit them during the conference. Posters must be written in English. (Click here for the poster Specs)
- Best Poster Awards
The best 3 posters selected by the Conference Scientific Committee will be announced during the conference. [The Committee decisions are final with no appeal]The 3 winners will have the chance to present their work on stage for the audience during the conference.
