In line with MEAPP’s objective to advance Pharmaceutical Medicine in the Middle East, MEAPP is pleased to contribute to the annual Community Services Festival held at on 30th of April 2024.
Dr Assem El baghdady, MEAPPโ€™S President, was honoured to be invited by the Faculty of Pharmacy as the keynote speaker giving an introductory session about the Pharmaceutical Medicine Discipline.
The session was well received by the students & staff with plenty of questions during & after the session.

MEAPPโ€™s President, Dr Assem Elbaghdady had the honour to present a thought-provoking session titled โ€œ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐‘๐จ๐ฅ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐œ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ž๐ฐ ๐Œ๐ž๐๐ข๐œ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ: ๐”๐ง๐ฅ๐จ๐œ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐š๐ฅ” ๐Ÿ— during Future University 6th International Conference of Pharmaceutical Sciences that took place on 14th-15th February 2024 in Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski Cairo.

In line withย MEAPPโ€™s mission to raise awareness of Pharmaceutical Medicine speciality in the Middle East, MEAPP succeeded to conclude a joint cooperation agreement with the National Research Centre (NRC) in Egypt.

A memorandum of understanding was signed between MEAPP, represented by Prof. Dr. Assem el-Baghdady – MEAPPโ€™s President, and NRC represented by Prof. Dr. Hussein Darwish, Acting Head of NRC, in the presence of Mr. Mark Howard, the director of the British Council in Egypt and Prof.Dr.Mamdouh Moawad, NRC Vice President for Scientific and Research Affairs. The MOU aims to develop scientific and technical cooperation and foster relations between the two sides,

In a kind gesture, Prof. Dr. Hussein Darwish handed the NRCโ€™s shield to Prof. Dr. Assem el-Baghdady after signing the memorandum.
